This intensive class is suited for both new and experienced practitioners who wish to study and practice the Buddha’s core Satipatthana instructions. Through lectures and group discussions, we will unpack how these instructions help develop the stability of mind in daily life and support concentration, insight, and equanimity in meditation. At the end, participants will gain a solid foundation for applying mindfulness in daily living, and practicing meditation to reduce stress and develop wisdom.
