- Construction of Sima hall, sayadaw’s Kuti, meditation hall, residential quarter, roads, bridges and water resources.
- Construction Phase I: entrance bridge rebuilt & roads re-serviced in summer 2017. Well re-serviced in 2017 & 2018.
- Construction Phase II: Three-seasons Meditation Hall completed in May 2018.
- Construction Phase III: Residential quarter will be established in near future. It
will consist of 8 units and 3 septic tanks which can support 8 rest rooms. After the construction completed, yogis can have room with private bath for meditation retreats. Each unit will cost $45,000. - Four seasons Meditation Hall will be built in the future.
- Maintenance of Sima hall, sayadaw’s Kuti, meditation hall, residential quarter, roads, bridges and water resources.
