The Noble Truth of the Cessation of Suffering;
The Noble Truth of the Path Leading to the Cessation of Suffering.

弘揚經由止(奢摩他)、觀(毗婆舍那)的修行來體証四聖諦(如下):

集聖諦,苦的起因
滅聖諦,苦的止息
道聖諦,滅苦之道
